Telesales/ Tele Marketing Executive / Tele Caller

EduMakr is looking for Telesales/ Tele Marketing Executive / Tele Caller to make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales and positively contribute to achieve sales targets. They should be able to identify potential customers for the company and make cold calls to obtain business leads.

 

Job Responsibility

      • Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis
      • Maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives on daily basis
      • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources
      • Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direst sales out of these calls
      • Being updated on new products and services
      • Speaking to prospective clients, sending them quotation by email
      • Client follow up by phone and email’s
      • Coordination among various departments
      • Taking inbound and outbound calls
      • Achieving sales target

 

  • Skill Required

  • Any Graduate on any Specialization or 12th passed
  • 0-3 years proven track record in Tele-sales or Tele-Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure
  • Should possess sound knowledge about the local market and local language
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Have high closure orientation
  • Strong outbound Tele – Sales Experience
  • Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
  • High Customer Centricity
  • Able to browse through the internet and generate list of prospective client database
