Business Development Executives

  • EduMakr is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executives with Sales/Marketing experience who want to be part of a fast growing Group company. The ideal candidates should be able to work independent.

 

Job Description and Responsibilities

      • Ideal candidate will be responsible for key customers/accounts management and new business development in education domain
      • Managing the sales activities of the assigned territory and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts
      • Meeting monthly, quarterly, annual revenue goals and report generation
      • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients
      • Research and identify new market opportunities
      • Prospect & generate new clients using cold calling and market research
      • Interact with clients and assess their right requirements to convert every leads into orders
      • Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills
      • Writing proposals, RFP, RFI responses for prospects and clients & close deals
      • Manage & coordinate with client from project initiation to delivery
      • Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies
      • Coordinating with project management team within the company to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery
      • Manage end-to-end client relationship including online demos, negotiation, invoicing, payment follow-up, content & design finalization with the client,  proof reading and up-selling new features

 

Key Skills

    • Any Graduate on any Specialization. MBA is preferred
    • 0-5 years proven track record in sales or marketing
    • Willingness to learn and excel
    • Excellent communication skills and enterprising
    • Should be able to work in a team
    • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
